Mulvane Youth Center
Osborne transformed an 80-year-old facility into a modern, safe, and fully ADA-compliant youth center designed to serve generations to come. This 12,000-square-foot renovation included a comprehensive interior reconfiguration along with the addition of a new stair and elevator shaft to improve accessibility and circulation throughout the building.
The project scope encompassed a complete gymnasium redesign, construction of new classrooms, a large multipurpose teaching room, and dedicated game rooms tailored for youth engagement. Through thoughtful planning and precise execution, Osborne preserved the character of the original structure while delivering a vibrant, functional environment that supports education, recreation, and community outreach.
